Pharmacy Weight Loss Redcar is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy weight loss clinic based in Redcar, UK. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual we deem unsuitable for clinical or safety reasons. Eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment by a qualified, registered prescriber. By completing our consultation questionnaire, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of your account and could pose a serious risk to your health.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our prescriber. We cannot guarantee that a prescription will be issued following consultation. Our pharmacist will review your prescription before dispensing. Approved orders are dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval.
You must inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or medical history before each order. Ongoing treatment requires periodic clinical review, which we will arrange as clinically appropriate.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment processor. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated clearly before you complete your purchase. Charges for consultations are non-refundable once the clinical assessment has been completed, regardless of whether a prescription is issued.
Once your order has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch it within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via tracked courier services to UK addresses only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control. If a delivery is lost or damaged, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and arrange a resolution where appropriate.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispensed and dispatched. Once a prescription medication has been dispensed, it cannot be returned or refunded in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and medicines legislation.
If you wish to cancel a pending order, please contact us as soon as possible. Consultation fees are non-refundable once a clinical assessment has been conducted. Refunds for eligible orders will be processed within 10 working days.
The information provided on our website and during consultation is for general guidance only and does not constitute a substitute for professional medical advice. Our services complement, but do not replace, the care of your GP or other healthcare providers.
